As soon as the goods are shipped, you receive an e-mail from us with the shipping information. This e-mail contains a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order anytime.

Customs charges are not included in the shipping costs. Deliveries to Switzerland are subject to additional duties and fees: the import sales tax is 7.6% of the purchase price of the merchandise.

I would like to order a product to give as a present and have it sent to the person it's for. Will the invoice be in the parcel or will it be mailed separately?
If the delivery address and the billing address are not one and the same, we handle the order like this: if the name on the delivery and delivery address are the same, we enclose the invoice with the ordered goods. If the name on the billing address is not the same as on the delivery address, we automatically send the bill under separate cover by post to the billing address.

Products

Product photos: When I have selected a bag in the online shop and ordered it, will the bag really look exactly like it did in the picture or are those just examples?
You receive the exact same product that you see in the picture. Every product in the online shop is individually photographed by us and given its own number. All the products in the shop are one-of-a-kind and absolutely unique.

I would like to have a product with a certain marking on it (e.g. the name of a city). But in the shop I couldn’t find any products with that name on it. What should I do?
Simple register in our Brand-new alert service. That way you will be informed automatically by e-mail as soon as new one-of-a-kind products arrive in the online shop. With a bit of luck you will soon find the product you're looking for. You can sign up for the Brand-new alert service here.

Will a laptop with a 15.4'' screen fit in the Scott 15'' bag?
The inside dimensions of the laptop sleeve of the Scott 15 bag are 28 × 37.5 × 3-4.5 cm. Please compare these with the outside dimensions of your laptop to be sure that your laptop will fit in the Scott 15. If not, we recommend that you order Scott 15’s big brother, Scott 17. Scott 17.

Length of Bill belt
Bill can be individually adjusted to any length. Just remove the buckle, cut off a piece of the belt to the desired length and replace the buckle.

Which smartphones does mobile phone case Mitch fit?
Mitch fits smartphones with max. height 12cm and max. width 6,3cm.

Are there any products in neon yellow?
Yes, twice a year we bring out a special collection: “Lightline”, made of neon yellow fire hose. The best thing would be for you to sign up for our newsletter. That way you’ll be the first to know when it’s time. Newsletter registration.

Men’s and women’s styles
All of our models are unisex designs, except for Dan and Hank which are strictly a shopper bags for women.

Is it possible to have a bag made out of a hose of my own?
No, unfortunately that is not possible.

Is it possible to have a bag made with a design of my own?
No, sorry but that is not possible.

Can I buy a gift coupon for your products?
We don't sell gift coupons for our online shop.

Product Maintenance

My product is fraying. Is it defect?
No. Your product is perfectly o.k. Fraying is part of the used look of all Feuerwear products. It will stop at the stitching. Actually you don’t have to do anything about it. On certain products we purposely leave it that way, e.g. on our Bill belts, the bottom edge of the Ted wallet or the overlapping hose of the Walter bag. The fraying that occurs in the production process creates a used look that is part of the Feuerwear design. If you don´t like the fringes, just cut them off. Please do not use a lighter, as fire could damage the stitching and ruin your product.

Washing: Can I wash my bag / wallet / belt?
All you have to do is wipe your firehose products with a damp cloth. If it’s really dirty you can also wash it in the washing machine. Please set the temperature at max 30 degrees C and do not spin. Do not dry the product in the clothes dryer. Spinning and tumbling in the dryer could damage the seams.

Prices

The prices shown in the online-shop include 19% VAT for goods that are dispatched within the EU. If the goods are shipped outside the EU, the same prices apply but they do not include any VAT.
